He realized that his mood was very much influenced by Stella, rising and falling, completely freeing him from her control, because he used to be in control, naturally, he didn’t like that kind of feeling
That night Nathan didn’t sleep properly becatise he was looking after Stella, at that moment he was concentrating on her condition and temperature.
Fortunately, at midnight Stella’s temperature finally dropped. Iter face also lost its redness, her frowning eyebrows began to loosen. and she began to sleep peacefully.
The wind outside calmed down again, the snow also began to stop.
Once he had decided that Stella’s condition was stable, he leaned back in his chair and closed his eyes. He rested, but very quickly he was awake again.

Just then, Carol opened the door and came in.
“How’s Stella?”
She moved forward and put her hand to her forehead, let out a breath and realized that Nathan was wearing his coat.
“Do you want to bring her home?” she asked confused.
“Although her temperature is decreasing, but her condition could recur. Then you need to see the doctor. “Nathan didn’t explain much, he put on his coat and picked up Stella’s clothes.
She noticed that Stella’s body was covered by a man’s coat. He didn’t have to think about whose coat it was, his eyes were dark and/ he took that man’s coat.
Carol didn’t know whether to laugh or cry, the narrow–minded man really was a bit scary.
She picked up the coat from the floor and walked over, Nathan was already helping Stella put her clothes away and Carol passed her another outfit.
“It’s still too cold outside, you’d better cover her up with these clothes.”
Nathan helped Stella put on her shoes, he looked coldly at Carol.
“No need.”
“Nathan, you really are…” She knew that many men were a bit stingy in this respect, so she finally let it go. She took off her blue coat. “Cover her up with these clothes, this is mine, okay? Stella’s still sick.”
Nathan looked at her and, as before, didn’t pick up on it
“You just have to wear it.”
Carol was about to say something, so he wrapped Stella up and carried her on his back.
Carol was startled for a while, she hurriedly put on her coat and passed Victor’s coat to him.
“Come on, let’s go down the mountain too,” Nathan carried Stella away. We’ll stay behind to look after them.”

After all, last night it snowed lot outside and the weather isn’t very good, it’ll be bad if something happens.
Victor hadn’t slept last night either, his face looked thin and pale, lips were a little pale. He nodded and grabbed his coat. Then they both left.
Nathan left with Stella on his back, while Carol and Victor followed. They walked slowly down the mountain. When they reached the foot of the mountain, they noticed that their car was deeply covered in snow.
Nathan let go of Stella and looked at Carol.
“Please support her for a while.”
He reached for a piece of paper and swept all the snow off the car, then turned on the heater. He let the car warm up, and went over to load Stella into the car, then he too got into the car and drove away.
Carol tugged Victor’s arm:
“Don’t worry, Stella will be fine. And you, go home. Yesterday auntie was looking for you, everyone was looking for you, but your phone was off all the time. They must have been very worried about you; you should go back and send your grandmother…”
I didn’t know if Victor heard her words, because earlier she stood up on the floor and looked at Nathan’s car, which drove away. Finally he disappeared.
All this time Stella was in a deep sleep and when she woke up, it was already three o’clock in the afternoon.
When she opened her eyes, she noticed Liam’s face in front of her.
“Liam, don’t stay here. Mom has the flu, it could be contagious for you.”
“Mom, great–grandma says you’re fine. You’re already better. “Liam remained impassive.
As he said this, he used one of his little hands to cover her forehead, and the other hand was placed on his forehead.
“Look, it’s the same temperature…”
Stella smiled and used her hand to stroke his hair.
She realized that, although her fever had gone, she felt a little pain, and her whole body was weak, she struggled to get out of bed and used her hand to support her forehead. She only remembered that she had a fever yesterday when she came down from the mountain, so she was sent by Victor and Carol to a house.
After that, she just didn’t have any more memories, and she didn’t know how she could be back either. But supposedly Victor had
sent her back.
She looked at the figure of Liam leaving, Stella smiled, she pushed her blanket away, then got out of bed and looked for her phone.
Her phone was dead. She charged it and called Carol.
“Stella, are you awake? I just thought I’d come and see you.”
“Yes, I’ve just woken up, I’m fine. Did you bring me home today?”
Carol was silent for a moment.
“No… Last night Nathan looked for you. In the morning, we went back together. He brought you home…” She paused. “Did you find

him after you woke up? Is he all right?”
“What do you mean he’s okay? Stella was confused by Carol, she seemed to be hiding something. “I haven’t seen him, he’s supposed to be going to the offe, why? What happened?”
At this point, Carol was considering whether to tell her about the problems or not. She felt she should let her know that Victor had kissed her, would that make them feel awkward when they met?
But if she didn’t tell her then…
She thought about it until she got a headache, then Stella realized her doubt.
“Carol, what happened? Tell me, quickly.”
“It’s nothing, nothing. It’s just that Nathan came looking for you, and he ran into Victor, so they had a fight, but it’s okay, Stella. You should get some rest.” Carol finally decided not to tell her.
She thought it best to keep it from her so that Victor wouldn’t feel embarrassed.
