Chapter 45: Trigg
Dearly beloved and the rest of you fuckers. – Trigg
Riffraff stood in his jeans and cut, the new ivory oxford shirt was annoying him. But as his daughter walked down the aisle with her girlfriend, he refrained from tugging at the collar again.
Both women wore rainbow colored sleeveless dresses with motorcycle boots. He arched an
eyebrow at them and both women grinned.
Knuckles leaned forward and whispered in his ear. “I just want you to know that I like my new niece. My new brother–in–law is still up for debate.”
Riffraff chuckled at his friend and self–proclaimed older brother to Taz.
“I will say,” Knuckles continued, “those two make up for Taz not shopping.”
Riffraff didn’t know how this wedding had been put together so quickly, but he assumed that he would be cringing when his credit card statement came in.
All thoughts of money and the people around him faded away as the door leading to the garden opened. Taz stepped out on Brute’s arm and she was the only thing he could see.
Her multicolored hair was piled on top of her head and held in place with a tiara and rhinestone Bobbie pins. He knew this because instead of glaring at him, Celeste actually spoke to him. Riffraff couldn’t wait to put the information that she gave him to good use.
A ripple of laughter ran through crowd and Riffraff couldn’t help but smile. Halfway down the aisle, the wedding march stopped. Then the song that Taz came out to began playing, a rock symphony by a local band.
“It seemed appropriate.” Angel told her dad with a smile and a shrug.
Brute and Taz reached the front and the music ended. Trigg, president of Pop’s Place and Camille’s father, stepped up to officiate. He had become an ordained minister to perform the wedding for one of his daughters. He enjoyed it, and kept doing the Saints weddings.
With his own twist.

Chapter 45: Trigg
“So, we all know why we’re here.” Trigg announced. “Brute, are you sure you want to let him marry this lovely woman?”
“He makes her happy.” Brute replied hugging her close. “That’s all I’ve ever wanted for
her.”
“Well, works for me. If anyone else has any objections, just shut the hell up.” He looked back at Brute. “Why are you still here? Go sit down. Come here, lovely.”
Brute kissed her temple before going to sit next to Siobhan and Toad. Taz accepted Trigg’s outstretched hand and stepped closer to Riffraff.
“Lovely, my ass.” She muttered. “I look like a damned drag queen.”
“That’s one hell of a tuck job.” Trigg said and the six people closest to him looked at him with confused concern. “What? My wife happens to love Ru Paul and I happen to love my
wife.”
“I worry about you sometimes, brother.” Knuckles said with a laugh.
“Really? I married my stepsister and have nine kids. I’m just along for the ride at this
point.”
“Any point in time on this ride, am I getting married?” Riffraff asked with a grin.
“You got a stepsister?”
“No. I have an MMA fighter.”
“Good point.” Trigg nodded and placed a hand on both their shoulders, guiding the couple
to face each other.
“Words. Lots of words. Some sappy bullshit. He does. She does. You got your own vows,
right?”
“Yes.” Riffraff chuckled. “Because you don’t know the traditional ones.”
“I know them. I even have a book.” There was laughter as everyone remembered him
throwing his book away. During Celt and Mia’s wedding. “Vows made from the heart are
better.”

Chapter 45: Trigg
“They are.” Taz agreed as she squeezed her husband’s hands. “I love you. You support me and believe in me. And you gave me a daughter, a dream that I assumed would never be fulfilled.”
“I love you, too.” Riffraff pulled her to him. “You put up with my old ass. You make me feel younger than I have in years. My daughter now has a mother who is proud of her. Just like I am.”
“Awwwe…” Trigg batted his eyelashes. “Put your rings on. I heard that there was cake.”
“What if I have more sappy bullshit to say?” Riffraff asked as he accepted the rings from
Knuckles.
“And I have more threats to issue.” Knuckles added with a grin. “Make her cry again and
you’ll be begging for Dom to rescue you.”
“I might have more words to say.” Taz said as she slipped the ring onto her husband’s
finger.
“Look, you two already made it all legal and official.” Trigg explained. “We’re all just here
to see Taz in a dress, looking damn good, girl. And for cake.”
“It’s good cake.” Knuckles agreed.
“How the hell did you already get cake?” Trigg demanded. “That’s it. Wedding is over.”
“At least let them kiss, lad.” Nessie demanded with a laugh.
