Chapter 62
She stood on tiptoe and put both arms around his neck.
“Nathan, carry me.”
She had just finished her words, then in a second, she felt her body Hanging in the air.
Nathan quickly carried her off the ground and turned around. She then realized that she was pressed against the wall by him.
Her bare back was against the wall.
Although the room heater was on, and this was a harsh winter after all, she couldn’t stop shivering.
Nathan could feel her difference and carried her back to bed. He didn’t bother to do anything either.
His long finger moved along her forehead and stroked her cheek slowly.
Her long eyebrows twitched.
He didn’t know if it was the cold weather or something else.
When he finally lowered his head and wanted to kiss her, she turned her head away.
She clearly didn’t want to let him kiss her.
At this point Nathan’s eyes were burning with fire, she wouldn’t let him kiss her, after all he was going to kiss her. Then his thumb and forefinger grabbed her delicate chin to turn it and his lips precisely kissed her red lips.
Stella frowned, closed her hand and punched him in the back, but she still couldn’t stop him.
Nathan put his hand on her waist.
“Stella, if it weren’t for Liam, you wouldn’t be so willing to lie obediently under my body, would you?”
The only thing that answered him was Stella’s silence…
The morning Nathan woke up, he used to touch the other side of the bed. However, it was already empty. There was no leftover temperature, so he concluded that Stella had woken up a long time ago.
He opened his eyes to look beside him, in fact.
It wasn’t really late in the morning, but Stella was no longer here. No need to think too hard, this early in the morning, she should be up cooking some dishes to take to Liam.
He pulled on his blanket, freshened up and changed his clothes. Then he went downstairs. He noticed that in the dining room only
Anna was there, she was eating her breakfast.
“Grandma, good morning.”
Anna squinted at him.
“Are you finally willing to sleep over?”

Chapter 62
Nathan shrugged, he didn’t answer. He always felt that whenever she looked at him, her eyes were rather vacant. He was indifferent. but if she used that expression in her eyes to look at Stella, Stella would definitely turn as red as a boiled shrimp.
“I’m going to the hospital.”
He also wanted to take a look at Liam first and then go to the office
“Wait, have some breakfast before you go,” Anna said to stop him.
“I’m not going to eat…
Nathan wasn’t in the habit of eating breakfast. Since he was traveling, he only drank a cup of coffee in the morning.
“It was Ella who made breakfast, are you sure you won’t eat?”
Anna’s voice was heard clearly by him.
Nathan paused his steps, hesitated for a while, then turned towards the dining room. He pulled up a chair opposite Anna. Under Anna’s teasing eyes, he coughed slightly.
“I feel like I’d better eat something in the morning.”
“Of course. “Anna replied, and said something to whoever was in the kitchen. “Ella, Nathan’s here. Pour him some porridge.
Nathan was startled for a while, he thought Stella had already gone to the hospital. He hadn’t expected her to be in the kitchen.
Quickly, Stella brought him a bowl of porridge, which was pumpkin porridge. Nathan didn’t really like breakfast, especially porridge. When that yellow porridge was placed in front of him, he had no appetite.
At this point Anna didn’t eat, she paused and looked at his expression. Even Stella stood to one side and looked at him.
He smiled, picked up the soup spoon and started to drink. The moment he took the first sip, Anna immediately asked.
“Is it good? Ella’s cooking skills are truly extraordinary. You never eat any of her food, do you?”
Indeed, it tasted good, he could sense that Stella’s cooking skills were really excellent. Except that Nathan originally didn’t like, porridge, he said lightly.
“It’s okay.”
Stella understood him well, she went into the kitchen again. Then she came out with a cup of milk and a white plate.
“You should be more used to eating this.”
It was fried egg, toast and bacon.
Nathan hadn’t expected her to prepare this for him, so he was surprised and stared at her. However, she showed no response. After putting his breakfast on the table, she picked up the thermos and prepared to leave the dining room.
“Grandma, I’m going to Liam’s first to give him this breakfast.
“Take your time. “Anna smiled and pointed at Nathan. “Wait for Nathan, he said earlier that he wants to go to the hospital too, you go with him,”
“Let him enjoy his breakfast slowly, I can drive to the hospital by myself…”

As she said this, Nathan looked at her.
“Sit here and wait for me for a while,”
Stella was startled, but she didn’t refuse either, she just sat down opposite him.
Although Anna was eating her breakfast, her gaze was on the two of them and her lips smiled slightly.
Neither knew if Nathan was in a hurry to get to the hospital to see am, or if he didn’t want to keep Stella waiting too long, he was rushing to finish his breakfast.
“Shall we?” He used the towel to wipe his mouth, picked up his car key and stood up.
