Chapter 71
After Liam got off the carousel, Stella wanted to carry him upstairs. When she knelt down to sort his clothes, she used her hand to hold his little face.
“Are you happy to play this?”

“Okay.” She took his hand. “But let’s go over there and rest for a while. Eat some food and drink some water.”

“Liam is still asleep.”

“Let’s go home.”

off.
