Rajab’s Family Finally Meeting my Friends in Qatar Most Awaited Reunion
Chapter 28
Agnes threw open the door and rushed out, only to crash straight into a hard chest.
Looking up, she saw it was Harry. Instantly, tears streamed down her face as she sobbed, “Harry, help me! Camila is going to kill me!”
Harry reeked of alcohol, though most of the effects had worn off. As he heard Agnes’s words, his brows furrowed, and he was about to yell at Camila.
But before he could say anything, a sharp scream from Belinda stopped him in his tracks.
He turned toward the sound and saw Camila raise the knife and slash it down, severing her own pinky. Blood poured out, spilling onto the floor in a gruesome puddle.
Harry’s eyes widened in shock. He couldn’t believe what he was seeing. Camila had gone so far as to hurt herself. A sharp pain shot through his chest, and all the alcohol–induced haze cleared in an instant.
He shouted, “Camila, what the hell are you doing?”
He started to move toward her, but Agnes clung to him desperately. “Harry, Camila’s lost it! I’m so scared!”
Harry was growing impatient. He forcefully shoved her aside, the action causing Agnes to stumble backward, almost falling. Her eyes were wide with disbelief as she watched Harry rush toward Camila without hesitation.
Harry’s gaze fell on her blood–soaked hand, and his heart twisted with pain. His voice trembled as he asked, “Camila, are you out of your mind? How could you hurt yourself like this?”
But Camila didn’t seem to hear him. She was unmoved by the severed finger. Her hollow eyes were fixed on Belinda. “I’ve paid you back for giving me life. From now on, we’re even. We owe each other nothing.”
Belinda’s face drained of color, her body shaking uncontrollably. She shook her head in desperation. “No, no… It’s not like that…”
But Camila ignored her, continuing in a cold, detached voice, “The debt for what Arthur and Agnes did to me… I’ll settle it today. They must die. They all must die-”
Her grip on the bloodstained knife tightened as her gaze locked onto Arthur.
Arthur froze, a chill running down his spine as he saw Camila approaching. The cold dread spread through his body, his legs weakening, trembling with each step. Fear made his teeth chatter as he struggled to breathe.
“Camila, I know I was wrong,” Arthur pleaded, his voice shaking. “I promise I’ll never hurt you again. I’ll be good to you, please… just stop.”
Camila’s eyes burned with fury as she spat, “You don’t know you were wrong. You only know you’re about to die.”
“Arthur,” she continued, “You’ve beaten me until I was broken. There’s nothing left for me here. Come with me, and let’s die together-”
Before Arthur could respond, Camila lunged forward, wild and desperate, like a beast going in for the kill.
Arthur was so terrified, he almost lost control. In a panic, he screamed, “Harry, what are you waiting for? Stop this crazy woman!”
As he saw Camila completely unhinged, Harry’s heart raced. He rushed forward, grabbing her arms tightly, holding her like iron chains to stop her from swinging the knife. “Camila, calm down!”

But Camila had already fallen into madness. She fought with all her strength, trying to break free from his hold. Her eyes were bloodshot, full of hatred, and it was clear that she had lost all sense of reason.

In that moment, Belinda stepped in front of Camila, her face no longer marked by guilt or sorrow. Instead, it was filled with unbridled fury.
She raised her hand high and, without a word, slapped Camila across the face with a sharp, resounding “smack!”
The world seemed to freeze, and an eerie silence fell over the room.
“How long are you going to keep this up?” Belinda’s voice was cold and cutting, like a blade driving deep into Camila’s heart.
She continued, “Since you came back, this family has had no peace. We’re all walking on eggshells around you, living by your moods. You’ve caused enough trouble–what more do you want?
“If you want to die so badly, then go ahead and do it. Don’t drag us into it. We don’t owe you anything.”
Each word struck like a poisoned arrow, tearing through Camila’s already broken soul.
Camila froze, her body going rigid. She looked at Belinda, and the madness in her eyes slowly faded, replaced by a cold emptiness and despair. Her lips quivered as though she wanted to speak, but no words came out.
In that moment, she felt like she had fallen into an endless abyss, abandoned by the world. There was no cruelty greater than a mother telling her own child to die.
Camila’s body collapsed like a deflated balloon, her strength draining away as everything around her spun. Her vision blurred, and the world began to dissolve into a haze. Finally, she could no longer hold on, her eyelids fluttered closed, and she lost consciousness.
Harry let out a cry of alarm and rushed to scoop her up in his arms.
Hazel looked at Camila’s pale face and the blood–soaked finger, her heart aching with a pain too deep to describe.
“Mr. Jackson, please take Miss Jackson to the hospital immediately,” she urged, as she picked up the severed finger from the floor, clutching it tightly in her palm.
Harry didn’t waste another moment. He held Camila close and hurried out the door.
Arthur sneered coldly. “What’s the point of taking her to the hospital? Just leave her to die on her own. Someone like her, so ungrateful, deserves whatever happens.”.
Belinda, as if waking from a nightmare, realized the full weight of what she had just said. She thought, ‘How could I speak to my own daughter like that? What came over me?‘
When she heard Arthur’s cruel words, rage exploded inside her. It was like a fuse had been lit, and she erupted.
“Arthur, you bastard!” Belinda screamed, charging at him and slapping him across the face with all her strength. The force of the slap was even greater than the one she had delivered to Camila earlier.
Arthur stood stunned, his eyes wide with shock. “What the hell is wrong with
you now?”
“If you hadn’t kept hitting her, she wouldn’t have turned out like this!” Belinda’s voice cracked, tears streaming down her face uncontrollably.
“When I was hitting her, I didn’t see you stop me!” Arthur yelled, furious.
Belinda’s tears flowed even harder. Her legs gave out, and she crumpled to the floor, clutching her head, drowning in guilt
and regret.

Chapter 28
Meanwhile, Agnes stood silently, her eyes shifting nervously, lost in thought.
The hospital lights gleamed brightly in the night.
Harry rushed into the emergency room, holding Camila in his arms. The doctors immediately surrounded them, quickly placing Camila on a stretcher and starting emergency treatment.
Harry collapsed onto one of the cold chairs outside the emergency room, the weight of his anxiety pressing down on him. making it hard to breathe. His eyes were fixed on the closed door of the ER, filled with worry and dread.
Hazel stood nearby, her face etched with concern. Every now and then, she glanced at Harry, as if wanting to speak but unsure how to begin.
Finally, unable to stay quiet any longer, Harry looked up at Hazel, his voice hoarse with emotion. “Hazel, what happened? Why is Camila like this?”
