She vividly remembered Christmas when she was eighteen. She had a high few for three day days, she lay weakly in the storage room, unable to get up, yet no one from the jacks

Three days later, Hazel returned from Christmas break and found her barely breather if haal ta later, she would have died in that storage room.
And even then, the Jackson family probably wouldn’t have noticed
Hazel, feeling sorry for her, mentioned her condition to Arthur and Belinda. And what did Arthur

So Belinda had known she hadn’t eaten or drunk anything for three days. But she never cared
Camila had been about to go to the kitchen for water when she overheard this conversation. A chilling sensation spread through her body, as if she had been plunged into an ice–cold abyss.
Now, Belinda was crying even harder. “Camila, when have we ever left you for dead? Don’t twist
They had done these things, yet they didn’t even remember.
That she never mattered to them.
Her life was worth less than Agnes‘ dog.
Not long after she recovered from her illness, Agnes‘ dog fell sick.
The entire Jackson family rushed the dog to the vet in a panic, spending thousands of dollars on treatments. But in the end, they still couldn’t save it.
When the dog died, the whole family cried as if the world had ended. They even held a funeral for it.
Anyone looking in from the outside would have thought they had lost a parent.
And that wasn’t the end of it.
Agnes blamed the dog’s death on Camila, insisting she had passed an illness to it.
Never mind that the dog was eighteen years old and had simply died of old age–the Jacksons would rather believe Agnes baseless accusations than the veterinarian’s professional diagnosis.
To “punish” Camila, Arthur made her stand outside in the freezing cold.
Belinda, as always, sighed in sympathy–but did absolutely nothing to help.
Camila had been malnourished since childhood. She didn’t even get her period until she was seventeen, and when und come, it was always light.
That day, while she was being punished, she had been on her period.
The icy wind forced her body to shut down her menstruation entirely

All thanks to the Jackson family
Camila had been so foolish back then–treated so cruelly, yet still desperate for they love
It wasn’t until the was sent to prison that she finally learned her tesson. That she finally saw them for who they truly were
Agnes glared at her with eyes full of resentment and sobbed, “If anything happens to fad, I won’t let you offe
Camila’s hand, holding the knife and fork, suddenly paused. She stared them onto the table with a sharp clang
“Won’t let me off? She sneered, standing up and slowly walking toward Agnes. “And who the hell do you think you are to
make threats?”
She continued, step by step, her voice growing sharper “Was it not you who entered my room first? Was it not you who provoked me first? Was it not you who tried to hit me first, forcing me to fight back? And was it not you who ran to Mr. Jackson to tattle?”
Her voice rose with every word, filled with icy rage. “You started all of this. Your dear father got mad because he saw you‘ suffering—and then he worked himself into a panic attack. Everything began because of you. And now you have the nerve to blame me?”
Camila stopped in front of Agnes. The moment she finished speaking, she raised her hand
A sharp slap rang out as she struck Agnes across the face. “I’ve been too nice to you.”
A bright red handprint instantly appeared on Agnes‘ other cheek, making her face perfectly symmetrical Belinda shrieked and rushed forward, “Camila, how dare you hit her again! Do you have no respect at all?”
Camila smirked coldly and sidestepped Belinda, who stumbled, missing her target, and fell heavily to the ground Harry had finally had enough. His patience snapped. He shoved Camila hard, roaring, “That’s enough, Camila
Camila staggered back, nearly falling.
Harry instinctively reached out to catch her, but the next second, Hazel had already pulled her into a protective embrace. His outstretched hand froze mid–air. A second later, he withdrew it slowly, his expression darkening, the concern in his eyes vanishing.
Camila steadied herself, but before she could speak, Harry began reprimanding her again. “No matter what happened, you shouldn’t have hit Agnes! And Dad is in no condition for you to keep making a scene–how long are you planning to drag this out?”
Camila’s smirk deepened. “Oh? Since you’re so worried about your father, why haven’t I seen you call an ambulance? Why haven’t I seen you perform any emergency measures? Looks to me like you’re just waiting for him to die so you can inhent the company.”
“Shut up!” Harry gritted his teeth. He wanted nothing more than to sew Camila’s mouth shut. “How did you become so impossible to talk to?”
For days, he had been worried sick because of her. And instead of being grateful, she kept lashing out at him.
He had even been afraid she’d suffer after marrying into the Campbell family. But now, he realized–if she did suffer, she would have brought it upon herself.
Meanwhile, Arthur was turning blue on the ground, his entire body rigid. He looked like he was on the verge of suffocating. Belinda, Harry, and Agnes had no time to worry about causing trouble for Camila anymore.
“What do we do? What should we do? Dad looks like he’s in so much pain–he can barely hold on!” Agnes sobbed uncontrollably. She was genuinely worried about Arthur because, in this family, he was her greatest support. His love was the only one she could count on, pure and unwavering.
Harry tried calling Michael, but no one answered.
Belinda was on the verge of breaking down.
Camila coldly looked down at Arthur.
She wanted him dead.
But if he really died, the Jackson family would just blame her again.
And her three million dollars would be gone.
Thinking of this, Camila said, “Hazel, go to the kitchen and get a garbage bag.”
