Chapter 66 Camila Wants To Kill Agnes
Camila’s eyes were bloodshot, her murderous intent toward Arthur more than just words.
In that instant, fear completely consumed Arthur. A chilling memory flashed through his mind–the last time Camila had tried to kill him, her unwavering resolve. But this time, her killing intent was even stronger, so intense it sent shivers down
his spine.
Shock and terror overtook him. His eyes widened, his legs felt as if they were weighed down by lead, rendering him almost immobile.
The knife was mere inches from piercing his heart when Belinda, standing beside him, shoved him aside with all her strength. Arthur’s body lurched to one side, and the fatal stab meant for his heart instead plunged into his shoulder, the blade piercing straight through.
His agonized screams echoed through the hospital room, loud enough to shatter the ceiling.
Camila did not hesitate. She wrenched the knife free, her eyes void of mercy–only seething hatred remained. Her eyes were red with rage: she was past the point of no return,
This time, she aimed for his stomach.
Arthur was drowning in terror. Pain from his shoulder burned through him, but he still begged for his life. “Camila, I swear ve learned my lesson this time. Please, don’t kill me?
But his pleas fell on deaf ears. Camila ignored him completely, and without a moment’s hesitation, she drove the blade forward again.
Three consecutive strikes, each fueled by years of pent–up hatred. She didn’t blink once. Just as she had shouted before- she wanted his life.
Arthur was so terrified he lost control of his bladder. He no longer cared about anything else–his wife, his child, his dignity. He turned and bolted for the door.
The third stab landed on his backside. But Arthur knew one thing–if he stopped running, death would claim him.
He fled, leaving behind the hellish hospital room.
With Arthur gone, Camila slowly shifted her bloodthirsty gaze toward Agnes.
Blood soaked her entire body, dripping from her arms and the hem of her clothes, forming small crimson puddles on the floor. Her disheveled hair, streaked with blood, clung to her pale yet maddened face.
At this moment, she was like a vengeful god of death, exuding an aura of pure terror
Agnes stared at her in horror, lips quivering, unable to even form a complete plea for mercy.
With each step Camila took forward, Agnes instinctively shrank back, as if retreating could somehow shield her from the overwhelming killing intent.
“Agnes, aren’t you good at pretending?” Camila’s voice was hoarse and icy, each word squeezed out through clenched teeth. “For five years, I rotted in prison, suffering in agony.
“Meanwhile, you lived a carefree life, enjoying everything that should have been mine. Today, it’s time for you to pay the price.”
“Camila, p–please… d–don’t kill me… I was wrong… Agnes voice trembled uncontrollably. Her eyes remained locked on the knife in Camila’s grip, her face drained of all color. Sweat mixed with her makeup, making her look pitiful and wretched. But Camila was unmoved. There was no warmth in her gaze. “Wrong? Where was your guilt five years ago when you framed me? Now you regret it? It’s too late!”
The knife rose high again, poised for a final, merciless strike toward Agnes.
Harry, witnessing the scene, let out a terrified shout and lunged forward. “Camila, stop! Murder is-
Before he could finish, Camila’s knife plunged through his outstretched hand. Blood gushed from between his fingers.

Harry screamed in agony, his handsome face twisting in pain.
Without hesitation, Camila yanked the knife free. Her eyes remained locked onto Agnes–cold and unyielding.
Agnes, panicked beyond reason, acted on pure survival instinct. Without thinking, she shoved Belinda forward as a human

Camila’s knife sank into Belinda’s abdomen.

“M–Mom, I didn’t mean to! I swear I didn’t mean to- Agnes sobbed hysterically, then turned and fled without hesitation, leaving Belinda to collapse into the pool of blood.
Tears streamed down Belinda’s face. Whether they were caused by the pain of the wound or the betrayal of her daughter, even she couldn’t tell.
Camila released the knife handle and suddenly burst into laughter—a sorrowful, chilling laugh that echoed throughout the hospital room.
“You are truly the best parents, the best brother for Agnes, aren’t you? Camila’s laughter was filled with despair. “Mrs. Jackson, how does it feel to be thrown in front of a knife by your beloved daughter? Feels wonderful, doesn’t it?”
As she laughed, tears welled in her eyes.
Blood and tears mixed together, streaking down her face. She looked like someone who had crawled out of a grave.
She pointed at herself, her voice shaking with rage. “Me. I am your flesh and blood. I bent over backwards for you, humbled myself just to gain your approval. But what did you do? You never once acknowledged my efforts.
“No matter what I did, I was always wrong. No matter how much I gave, it was never enough. But Agnes? No matter what she did, she was always perfect in your eyes!
ran! Tel
“Even her shit probably smelled sweet to you! And now? When faced with death, she left you behind and ran! Tell me–don’t you think that’s hilarious?”
Harry slumped against the wall, his face twisted in pain. Blood continued to seep from his wound, staining the floor beneath him.
Belinda gazed at Camila, her eyes filled with remorse. “Camila…
That one word-“Camila“-was spoken with such tenderness, as if she were the most precious daughter in the world. Camila’s laughter cut off abruptly. It was as if someone had stabbed her in her deepest wound. She roared at Belinda, “Don‘ t call me that!”
Silent tears streamed down her face.
She knew. She had committed an unforgivable crime.
Just like five years ago, they would send her back to prison with their own hands.
That place–she had endured it once, and once was enough. Those endless days of darkness, she never wanted to experience again.
Since her release, she had tried running, hoping to escape fate’s cruel grip. She had tried fighting back, seeking justice for herself. She had tried revealing the truth, exposing the lies that had imprisoned her
She had even tried killing Arthur and Agnes. But she had failed at everything.
She was never truly evil, yet she ended up abandoned by all, battered and broken.
Meanwhile, the real villain lived happily ever after, like the fairytale princess every woman envied.
Her life–her entire existence was nothing but a joke
She had lost everything, yet she still couldn’t bring herself to kill Harry and Belinda. Because once, even if just a little, they had given her warmth
She hated herself for being so weak..
Her life
e was in shambles. She had nothing left to hold on to.
Maybe death was the only way out. If she died, there would be no more pain. No more injustice. No more past. No more anything
Step by step, Camila backed toward edge as the wind tousled her hair. One jump, and it would all be over
the window. Without hesitation, she climbed onto the ledge. Her legs dangled over the
