Chapter 111
It was Carine.
In a split second, Stella apparently understood this, because at that moment in her brain, she thought of an idea, but felt that it was
unbelievable.
“That’s too absurd.”
Carine’s beautiful face was a little red.
“Dad.” Immediately she looked at Stella. “Stella, don’t say something like that to Dad. Let’s have a nice chat.”
She said this as she pulled Stella over to the sofa to sit down. She sat down next to Stella.
“I believe you still remember the things that happened in Rio de Janeiro, and you also understand my concern. Originally, four years ago, Nathan was supposed to be mine, only at that time my mind was confused by that bastard, so I gave you a chance to stay with me. But I know that you don’t actually love him either, right? The one you like is Victor, right?”

Stella pulled her hands away powerfully, she really felt disgusted to the bottom of her heart.
“I simply don’t have the ability to help you. You have to depend on yourself. Didn’t you throw yourself into his arms last time? It was still a shame, that it didn’t succeed, or you didn’t get to try. This time being naked in front of him, what’s it like?”
“Stella, you…”
Originally Carine had been a little pensive because Stella had seen. This time, when she heard her say something like that, she naturally couldn’t contain her anger.

“Stella, are you leaving? Stay and eat dinner.”

“Stella….” Fernanda knew she was fighting with Jorge.
She didn’t want it to happen either. Every time Stella didn’t obey him, Jorge turned his anger on Fernanda for having ignored her for a few days.

Fernanda secretly shook her head, her eyes showing some warm appeal. If there had only been two of them, she would undoubtedly have got down on her knees to beg her to stay.
Fernanda used her utmost power to drag Stella inside, and let her sit on Nathan’s right side.
“Stella, Mom begs you. You don’t make trouble, okay? Just have a good dinner…”
Jorge and Carine had already gone downstairs before it was Carine’s voice. She sat down on Nathan’s left side. She seemed to be dressing delicately, her make–up was refined, at which point she smiled at Nathan.
“Nathan, I’m so glad you could come.”
Nathan didn’t say anything, but he looked disinterested and apathetic. As he didn’t turn his head to look at Stella, he didn’t look at
Carine either.
Jorge and Fernanda sat down opposite them.
Jorge poured shuddering glasses, his face full of a smile.
“Come on, Nathan. Let’s have a toast.”
“I don’t want to drink alcohol tonight.” Nathan gave him a cold look and, without a trace of politeness, he turned away.

Jorge’s smile hardened, at this point his face had a strange expression. Although he knew Nathan wasn’t friendly with her, this afternoon, when he called to vite him home for dinner, he had originally refused, but he didn’t know why he had agreed to come. Then he thought he wouldn’t act like he had in the past.
