After his date with the first human, he didn’t feel any connection and therefore wanted to try his luck with Erin but by then it was too late – Leo had swept her away which was ultimately a mistake.” glance to Seth who nods in agreement with my words before I inhale a breath to continue.
“After having to arrest Leo back at my pack, Erin spent a few days in my home around myself and Seth and Seth seems to enjoy her company.” I state, glancing to her curled up frame on the floor beneath us as I roll my eyes and straighten up.
“Get up now!” I bark, as she stammers to find her feet – breathing heavily and looking humiliated.

“I… yes… I understand what you are saying Alpha!” She stutters, tucking her now messy hair back behind her ears before moving to grab Erin’s file with shaky fingers.
“What we are actually saying is that we would like for Erin to have a second chance at our pack as I fear she has been left with a bad experience. Seth wants to take her back with us for a trial period with him instead.” I confirm what we want, as she blinks a couple of times sitting back in her chair warily.
“Ah, right! I don’t think that’s usually how things are done sir, but I can definitely take it back to my team and discuss the option for you both?” Margo offers, her tone forcefully kind as she attempts to ‘help‘ us out.
“But if Seth already had her number noted down at the first judgement day then he should be entitled to explore that option, no?” I push, as she nods once slowly in understanding of my point.
“Y–Yes… I agree… but things are done differently for the benefit of the girls – to give them a fresh chance in another pack if a trial fails like in this case. Perhaps Erin wouldn’t want to go back to the same place where she was mistreated by Leo too? This is why the rules are the way they are.” Margo clears her throat, seeming to get some courage back as I shake my head and tut.

“The benefit of the girls? You couldn’t give a rats ass about any of the girls from what I’ve witnessed so don’t give me that shit! My pack is perfect for Erin so don’t dare to suggest otherwise or I will take your words as further disrespect. As far as I am aware, Erin also wants to partake in a trial with Seth so what is the damn problem!” I argue, as she holds her hands up slightly in surrender.
“I’ll see what I can do for you both – but in this case it should be fine.” Margo gives up with a sigh, as I nod and look to Seth who seems satisfied with the response too.
She better give us the go ahead or we will be forced to take matters into our own hands – including putting her damn job on the
line.
“I will get around to this right away for you both – please relax in your rooms in the meantime and as for Tessa, you will see her tomorrow at the choosing ceremony to take her home. Margo explains, as I nod and stand to my full height with Seth following behind me.
