I shot him a cold glare and walked out of the room without looking back.
I didn’t care that Nathan scrambled after me, grabbing his keys in a panic.
Maybe it was all the anger boiling inside me, but I picked up my pace.
Problem was–my body couldn’t keep up.
The pain in every step made me stagger.

I made it all the way to the community gate when he grabbed my arm again.
“Wait! Just stop-”
But then he saw my face.
I saw it register–his anger turning to fear.
“Olivia.. are you okay? You don’t look good.”
“I’m serious–let me take you.”

Nathan’s eyes went wide with panic.
“Olivia!”
The last thing I heard was his terrified voice calling my name before everythi
