Chapter 135
Kaleb’s eyes darkened slightly, and his tone was slightly displeased. “So, you wanted to kick me out of the house?
I shook my head and said, “I didn’t mean that.” In his understanding, that’s exactly what it meant.
“You misunderstood.”
“Did you just dislike me like that?”
I looked at him speechlessly, opened my mouth, and didn’t know what to say,
Kaleb asked, “You really want me to move away like this?”
I let out a soft sigh and said, “I was afraid that you would be exhausted from driving back and forth every day.”

My heart tightened slightly, and an indescribable warmth surged instantly. He was right, but coming from his mouth, the words carried so much weight, giving my ethereal heart a sense of belonging in an instant. I didn’t know how to respond for a moment and stared at him blankly.
Kaleb stood up and said, “You wash the dishes; I’ll go take a shower and give you a ride back to the Drug Development Institute.”

“Wouldn’t it be better if I saved you a few more minutes?” he said.
I acquiesced. However, Kaleb’s cleanliness obsession was really serious. He had already taken a shower last night and only made breakfast this morning, but he had to wash again. I was really tired!
Kaleb entered the room and quickly finished eating the remaining pasta. I carried the plate and went into the kitchen to wash it. Knowing that he had a cleanliness obsession, I took the opportunity to clean the kitchen stove again.
Kaleb took me to the Drug Development Institute and didn’t go directly to the company, but went to Terry’s fruit shop.
