In the evening, the sky was filled with red clouds. Giana held my hand as we leisurely walked home from work. The street was quiet, with few pedestrians. “We got paid, let’s go out for a big meal,” Giana’s face was beaming like blooming peach blossoms, very radiant. This person who is receiving the salary is different; they can even float while walking.
I whispered softly, “Don’t spend money recklessly, save it when you have it, and only realize the importance of saving money when you need it.”
Giana pouted, “You were just like my mom.”

Giana glanced at my expression, “You seem very happy, is the matter with your husband resolved?”
“No,” my smile gradually disappeared, “He didn’t leave.”
Giana snorted, “Hmph, men, they all have some issues.”
“Indeed, he had quite a few flaws,” I couldn’t help but complain.
“He didn’t love me, he didn’t want to divorce me, and he was always so indifferent to me. It’s definitely true that he was just pretending to be married to me, he is a gay.”
“His sexual orientation should be fine, right?” my tone was not very certain.
At the intersection near the subway entrance, the two of us stopped in our tracks. Giana, filled with indignation, said, “He’s just sick. You’re so beautiful, with such a great figure. If I were lying next to you, I wouldn’t be able to resist touching you, kissing you. How can a man with so much energy resist?”
“We slept in separate rooms!”
“So, I said he was sick.”
“He was a bit of a clean freak.”
“You were fair and tender, clean and not dirty.”

gave a bitter smile and let go of her hand, “Go take the subway, I’m going home.”
“Why are you coming home so early? Let’s go out and have a nice meal, it’s not expensive, just a few hundred
bucks.”
