During the Medicine Trade Fair, I was overwhelmed and had no time to spare. I would leave early and return late, busy to the point of exhaustion. Kaleb was also busy. The two of us went home at different times, went out at different times, and never even saw each other’s shadows.

I posted a job advertisement online, and most of the applicants were recent graduates with no sales experience and no relevant education in pharmaceuticals. On the third day after the job posting, in the afternoon, a man came to the company. It was Giana’s interview. When I saw him, my first impression was that he was handsome, rebellious, and had a sense of being an unreliable playboy. He had a slight resemblance to Kaleb, but not much. Seeing the name “Roy,” I became even more certain of his identity.
“Inappropriate,” Giana returned the resume to him.
Roy sneered, took the resume and immediately turned around, leaving the office and walking inside, searching room by room. Giana panicked and chased after him, saying, “What are you doing? The entrance is over there, and inside is a restricted laboratory. Outsiders are not allowed to enter. Please leave.”
Roy ignored her and went his own way, walking into the room where I was seen through the glass, arrogantly and rudely pushing the door open. Giana angrily scolded, “If you don’t leave, I will call the police.” I have never seen such a shameless and audacious man in my life.
I was startled and looked up. Roy walked up to me, with a slight smile on his lips, and handed me his resume.“Katrina, I want to work at your company.”
I looked at Giana with a confused expression on my
