Devil’s Saints: Taz
Chapter 12: Church
Old people and technology are always an entertaining combination. – Piscilla
Priscilla was showing Toad how to cast a video to the TV in the meeting room. After the third time, he shook his head.
“You’re just going to have to stay for a little bit of church.” He told her with a grin. Some of the other chapters had patched women, he knew that she wanted to be patched herself.
The teen smiled at him broadly. Like her father and so many others of her family, she had black hair and blue eyes, but hers were from a bottle and contacts. She stood just over five feet and was just starting to really bloom into womanhood. Her hair was just shy of her shoulders and pulled into a half up do with a small rubber band. She wore jeans and a t–shirt and biker boots.
Her facial features were a combination of girlish looks and the woman she would one day be. Slightly chubby cheeks with plump lips and lush eyelashes. She wasn’t quite a looker yet. But her father knew that she soon would be. And it was a good thing that she had so many uncles to protect her.
Every time he looked at the teen, he saw a little more of her birth mother. If she were to quit dying her hair and not wear the contacts, she would be almost a spitting image of Jesse. The main difference was her height. It was most definitely her father’s. Which made her look even more like Molly’s child.
Toad looked around the room. “Where is your niece?”
“I know where she’s not.” Ink laughed.
“Getting laid. Or getting drunk.” Scrapper added.
“You ever think there was a reason she gave up drinking?” Brute asked angrily.
“Drinking, fine. I kind of get that with the fights. But you can’t tell me that you don’t think that she’d be a little more relaxed with a good fucking.” Scrapper asked his dad.
“My daughter is in here.” Molly warned.
“Dad, I have 11 sisters by five moms, and you’re loud.” Priscilla informed the whole room.
“It’s called respect.” Molly said with his eyes still on the two. They both shifted uncomfortably as Riffraff came back into the room with Taz.
“You wanted to see me?” Taz asked stopping next to Priscilla.
“I have one responsible brother.” Toad grumbled at the same time that Priscilla looked up at her idol and asked, “How long does it take to do your hair?”
“A couple of hours for the braids. A little longer for the color.” Taz answered with a smile
“How much do you pay for it?” Brute asked.
“I don’t.” She answered with a shrug. “I let Celeste do whatever she wants and she doesn’t charge me.”
“That’s one hell of a deal.” Toad commented.
“She was still in school when we started. Gives her experience and me an interesting hairstyle.” She said putting her hands in her -back pockets. “But I don’t think that you wanted me in church to discuss my hair.”

“No, I did not.” He turned his attention to his sergeant of arms. “Spider, is everyone here?” The man that Taz always thought looked like Danny Trejo nodded. “Good, We have a few things to discuss.”
“I’m hoping one is why some bitch has a cut.” A relatively new brother said and practically the whole room turned against him.
“That bitch has a patch explaining it.” Scrapper said.
“Calm down, cousin.” Taz said and eyed the kid. “If he doesn’t like it he can always get out of my clubhouse.”
“It’s not yours.” He countered.
“It was mine, long before it was yours.” She grinned. “Do you know why this place is called Sinners Shack?”
“The president that moved us into it was Sinner.”
“Glad that you know your history. His old lady was with him when they came to look at it one last time. She went into labor and delivered their oldest child here before the ambulance arrived. And now you’re disrespecting him by calling that baby, his only surviving child, a bitch.” Cookie growled.
“She was literally conceived, born and raised in clubhouses.” Bear told him. “She has more claim to this clubhouse than you do.”
“And she’s a lot more popular than you.” Spider pointed out.
“She’s a lot cuter than you too.” Riffraff added.
“Not to mention that she can hit harder than you.” Priscilla tossed out.
“All right.” Toad said taking over the meeting again. “Taz is Sinner’s daughter. And she fights competitively. And according to Priscilla, she’s fucking awesome.”
“She is.” Priscilla muttered not looking at her dad who would say something about her language.
“Priscilla, go ahead and play the first clip.” Toad instructed.
